Focusing on handwash and the showering occasions, PZ Cussons wanted to use human centered design thinking techniques to change the way people use their products. Me&Co immersed a multi-disciplinary team into the rituals people have in these two occasions before inspiring them with materials, technologies and alternate solutions that could work across their portfolio of brands. The resulting ideation was rich, grounded in insight and credible as a series of solutions to build a short to medium term packaging and product innovation strategy.
