Capturing Kodak's culture of innovation, their purpose and values
Kodak Flexcel have recently been acquired and will move into their new home as Miraclon. As a rapidly growing and successful business they were eager not to loose the brilliance of their teams across the business. To this end, workshops were delivered in Punta Canta for the Americas and Istanbul for EMEA teams, with another one planned in Kuala Lumpar for the Asian group at the end of summer 2019 to help embed the new organisational strategy. I supported these workshops with an initial intervention focused around purpose and values, taking the best of the culture today and providing a pathway to transformation and capability for tomorrow.
